Experience, referral, and equity: I've heard them too much in the
franchising business. So many franchisees are out to seek counsel concerning their new endeavor. The number of things to consider may frustrate the franchisee, but if the goals are straightforward and the franchisee is really fed up with being employed in another company, then the franchise will pull through. These criteria I've mentioned will play a role in the future of a business.
